Role Overview:
New role for a Head Of Product for a fantastic company working on mobile and social games

Responsibilities
- Set the long-term strategy of the product to optimise its P&L. Propose game goals and direction, reporting to CEOs.
- Prepare and propose yearly budgets / forecast and follow these up.
- Decide on new product features, making sure the product always has roadmaps / plans available and updated / adjusted to the reality.
- Give final approval to game design documents.
- Give final approval to game development, art and operations plans.
- Plan the team’s HR and other resources?needs, coordinating needs with Organisation and HR
- Lead and manage his/her team overall, specially ensuring proper communication and talent retention & development
- High-level relationship with other department heads.

- Exceptional analytical skills

You also have
- Experience managing a top grossing game
- MBA from a top Business School.
- More than 2 years of experience in a fast paced type of organization.
- Passion for games
