Senior HR Manager - LONDON - AAA STUDIO!!
Role Overview:
Fantastic new Senior HR Manager working for a studio that creates AAA games!
12 month contract - Based in London - Visa & Relocation packages ?Fantastic salaries depending on experience!

Essentials
?Proven HR manager in an orgainsation circa 150 ?500 people. Proactive and results orientated.
?Proven ability to operate, influence and collaborate at all levels within the organisation, particularly senior management.
?Proven ability to take initiative using own discretion and skills and work with limited supervision but contributes effectively to the wider company benefit.
?Previous experience managing complex HR issues including grievances and disciplinary’s.
?CIPD qualified.
?Confident, friendly, supportive, style of management.
?Understanding of current legislation and HR compliance.
?Previous experience working within a functional matrix structure, effectively communicating to a variety of partners, decision-makers, and interested parties.
?Previously worked in a creative business is a plus (but not essential).
